2009 Economic HVAC Stimulus: A $1500 Tax Credit for Air Conditioning & Heating

If you need a new air conditioner, now is the time to take advantage of the federal tax credit for 2009.  The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, allows a person purchasing a qualifying air conditioning system and get a $1500 tax credit (link).

I wonder how did I not know about this?

The website www.ismyfurnacesafe.com gives all of the details of the defective furnaces. As quoted from the site:
