I was asking our technicians for some “Tech tips from the Field” to share with you all at our Monday morning meeting this week.  They said one most of the most common questions was just for them to explain how an air conditioner works?

Most people dont think about the a/c unless it is broken.

So I have done some research and found a really great article that puts the information in easy to understand terms.  It was also suggested by our techs that we break each unit down and explain some of the parts and how they work.
