Indoor Air - Air Quality Products

The air that is circulated throughout your home can carry dust, pollen, skin particles, dander from pet hair, smoke, bacteria and countless odors. All lead to a general discomfort and even health issues such as bronchitis, asthma and allergies. Most homes are poorly equipped with inadequate filters designed to catch the largest airborne particles such as pet hair and lint. For significant removal of contaminants and odors, several types of filters are available. They are easy to install and easier to maintain. Proper filtration will also keep your system clean, allowing more efficient and economical operation. An Ultimate Savings Agreement insures the filters will be changed at least twice a year!

Air Duct Replacement and Sealing

Every home has lots of dust!  Some experts claim up to 40 pounds per year enter a home.  Up to 15 pounds can stay in your duct system.

All of this can add up to allergies, sneezing and throat irritations to say nothing of clogging your blower and cooling system causing inefficiency and possible breakdown.

Sealing your ducts will save you money by eliminating costly loss through porous air ducts.  Replacing old, worn, low efficiency duct work with higher R–value ductwork will help insure cleaner air and peak system efficiency.

Filtration Systems

Air filtration represents the cleaning of your homes air.  There are many “Nasty” things in the air that a proper filtration system can remove before they cause irritation, allergic reactions, or simply make the dust circulate!  We recommend a high efficiency media filtration system on every home, to clean the air you breathe!

Air Purifcation Systems

Air purifiers offer extremely high air filtration and germicidal technology so effective it even captures and kills airborne pathogens such as bacteria, mold, and viruses - even the cold and flu. This is the same technology used to protect secure government facilities and hospital patients. They are convenient and require very little maintenance.

Air Treatment Systems

We can now treat the very air we breathe with Ultra violet light (Radiation), the very same light hospitals use to sterilize instruments during surgery.  In fact, most hospitals use UV light to treat their air to clean the air of bacteria, viruses, volatile chemicals and other Bioaerosols that can irritate your breathing and even make you sick.  Today’s technology allows you to add a U.V light to your home comfort system and make your air healthier, and safer to breathe.
