HeatBloc-75
HeatBloc-75 , a radiant barrier, is yet another outstanding performer that will greatly improve your home’s ability to stay cool in the hot summer while reducing energy consumption and in turn, energy costs. Radiant barriers work by reducing heat transfer through thermal radiation, and HeatBloc 75 is leading this industry.
It is designed to block 75 percent of the sun’s heat from your home and reduce your energy costs up to 25 percent. “HeatBloc-75 works just like shade trees, keeping your home cooler.” Your roof’s exterior heats up in hot weather and the heat then seeks the cool interior of the home. The heat moves from the underside of the untreated roof deck through the ceiling insulation and into the living space.
