"We needed to get an estimate on new a new ac system. We were referred to A#1 by a neighbor. They were very prompt, had lot of options and really want to know what we wanted. We did not really know very much about air conditioning and were kind of scared of the whole idea. There are so many stories about bad service companies out there that we have put off even calling anyone for two years. We had to replace the system now since it just totally gave out. The technician that came out was so comforting. Quincy was not pushy and took the time to help us understand what our choices were. We feel that we made a great choice picking out the right package for us. The install crew that came out could not have been better. I think their names were Bobby and Charles. They were in and out in no time. They used floor covers over our carpet and cleaned up when they were done.""A real class act.
