It's not very often that I feel this way about a repair company and I've only used them one time. After many frustrating calls to Sears, Aldridge, and numerous other repair companies in the Mck phone book, I randomly selected A1 Repair because they were a family business, had 25 plus years experience and were available 7 days a week and promised quick service. Boy did they deliver. Everyone else told me it would be a week at the earliest to come fix my dryer (I had two loads of wet clothes .) A1, came the next day, worked with my schedule, called 30 minutes before they arrived (as promised), did a quick yet efficient job, explained to me precautions to take for future and charged me less than the other quotes that I'd received. Their repairman was professional and courteous and to top it all off, they gave me a folder with discount coupons and wrote me a thank you note.  If you have any repair problems... I had all my duct work replaced. They came in on a Saturday morning, replace all the duct work and was out of the house by late afternoon. The guys were professional, they did a good job, they did the work on the scheduled date (a weekend) and for the price quoted. What more can you ask for?
